Wireless Fidelity was founded by John Modica, a veteran owned business owner who brings over 30 years of IT leadership and trading floor operations experience. As a former Trading Floor Operations Manager at Goldman Sachs, John managed mission-critical support for global trading desks — environments where uptime, performance, and risk mitigation are non-negotiable.
John has held executive leadership roles including Chief Technology Officer at Aurelius Capital Management and Sandell Asset Management, where he oversaw multi-million-dollar budgets, cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, and cybersecurity initiatives. A U.S. Air Force veteran and Dowling College Salutatorian, he also held Series 7, 55, and 63 licenses.
Strengthening this technical foundation, Wireless Fidelity is supported by two senior team members with a combined 42+ years of NYPD law enforcement experience.
